The death of a loved one is always a difficult time and dealing with property and bills is often the last thing on a person’s mind. We can help you through the often time consuming and complex process of dealing with the assets and debts that have been left behind. If there is a Will that
needs to be probated, we can help you file the Will and the paperwork necessary to work
through the Probate process. This can include preparing an inventory the assets, paying bills, distributing assets preparing a final account and closing the estate. If there are assets that do not need to be transferred through Probate, but need to be transferred by other means, we are able to guide you through that process and efficiently bring resolution to those matters.
